Here are eight everyday things that you should avoid or consume less to avoid putting yourself in danger:

Processed meat - as we all know this needs a lot of chemicals to obtain and have them stay in shape that they are in. Too much of this will totally lead to cardiovascular disease. Although 25% would probably lengthen your lifetime.
Popcorn - it is another instant food. Perfect for movies or when you just want to cry the day out with your pillow while eating. But popcorn bags (the bags themselves) are chemically coated and once heated, it is broken down to PFOA or otherwise known as perfluorooctanoic acid. It is a chemical that when heated and smelt, can cause respiratory problems, early signs of liver damage, hypertension, high cholesterol, preeclampsia, kidney cancer, testicular cancer and thyroid disease.
Farmed salmon  which is obviously not grown naturally are subjected to different kinds of chemicals and pesticides. These of course are salmons in a weight quota. They must reach a minimum amount of weight being harvested.
Potato chip-  it is an all-time favorite! What a buzz kill! It may contain high amounts of salt, acrylamides and glycoalkaloids which has a harmful effect on us humans. Also, in order to make these chips really cripsy, they are exposed to high heat. This tremendous amounts of thermal heat is what makes them dangerous.

Alcohol-  Definitely alcohol is dangerous. Do I even need to explain? It puts your liver and intestines in danger! But did you know that it is a perfect weight loss beverage only if you follow up drinking with some exercise? Well, now you do!
UV radiation-  Exposure to UV radiation may result to chronic health effects specifically on the eye, the skin and the immune system. Love those glow in the dark parties? Well you better think twice now!

Diesel engine exhaust - Of course this is dangerous! Who loved smelling these anyway? It's harmful on our bone marrow, spleen and our lymph nodes.
Parabens - This is the preservative in cosmetics. They promote the tumor cell growth in your lovely breasts.
