There would always be a health freak in each and every one of us that is conscious about what we are eating, but since we are just really hungry, we usually put duct tape on the mouth of our conscience. Do not even deny. You really just can not think of anything else when you're hungry. Of course food! And then the guilt follows whenever you're done eating or letting out a huge burp. We do not really learn from it. You'll tell yourself from that very moment that you will start eating properly and then the next day, you reset every memory you have and just do the same! Funny right?

So here we have a short list of what we are craving, wanting and eating most of the time that is actually not doing us any good. Do you know what they do to your body? Do you know what they contain? Do you know what it does to you as you consume it? Well, as long as it tastes good right? It should not matter. Now, after you've read this, it will now make you think twice before consuming your comfort food.

Here's the list:

 Fast food

Nothing better than the food being served within minutes! No more waiting in hunger, just give orders, and they are up for the grab baby! But is fast food really worth it? It is served fast because of a reason! Did you know that your food is already pre-made? You really don't think they can cook the perfect shaped egg that fast didn't you? They are already cooked and then delivered to the chains completely frozen and defrosted as the shop opens! This saves the time, thus your "fast" food could live up to the name.They also contain a lot of processed meat, processed dairy, artificial flavors, artificial colors, a lot of sugar, preservatives and chemicals that will all help make their shelf life longer. You are also prone to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and many more because your processed food is not being well digested by your body because they do not contain "natural" biodegradable substance that your body could break down. You are basically eating a machine printed food. Is that even considered as food? Oh, it is also addictive.

 Processed Meat        

You like hotdogs? Bam! Cancer! And I am serious! Processed meats are your natural animal meat that has undergone through a lot of salt curing and preservatives in order to prolong their shelf life. These include your sausages, hotdogs, hams, corned beef, meat based sauce and a lot more.Your processed meat contains carcinogenic substances! And 50 grams of consumption of it will lead to a higher risk of colorectal cancer.

Processed Food        

Man-made food. These are the pre-made food that can be found at your supermarkets. They are packed in boxes or packets, just all in colorful tones that are waiting for you to be deceived. They are extremely high in salt and sugars! They are the main cause of obesity and the companies are not going to stop making them. Money talks.

Meat and Fish        

Wait, I know that it is needed. We're talking about too much consumption here. Too much of something will always be a bad one. Meat is essential, but a lot do believe that we do not need it. Protein is important guys, but it is your body so your choice of diet. Keep it balanced.

Eggs and Dairy        

Again, too much consumption! There is an issue where milk is being ridiculed for having puss! Ew! Well, some manufacturers do have this problem, whereas their cows, due to excessive milking, develop swelling of their breasts and causes gangrene that they say will end up in milk. And eggs? Those are high in fat. An egg a day is enough for your bodily needs.

So here they are! Did they convince you well enough? If they do then start living a healthier life! It's not too late to achieve that "God Bod".
