There’s a huge number of people suffering from acne and I would like to share with you the facts and things you need to know.

There are different kinds of acne, and these kinds of acne have ranged from mild to severe. I would like you to go over the list below and see what kind of acne you have. We're here to help you by giving suggestions on how to get rid of it.

Here’s the list:
BLACKHEADS

WHITEHEADS

ACNE MECHANICA

CYSTS

PUSTULES

PAPULES

NODULAR ACNE

 ACNE CONGLOBATA
Were you able to distinguish the kind of acne you have? If yes, let’s start by discussing some information you’ve probably already heard which can help you avoid every kind of acne.

DETOXIFY
Avoiding or taking less sugar and grains will definitely give you a big difference. So if you can eliminate those two from your lifestyle then it’ll be better. Try detoxifying to improve your skin health.

Drink a lot of water every day because hydrating accelerates regeneration of the skin and cell growth. It flushes out toxins, improve skin tone, and help get rid of dead skin cells.

Sugars and saturated fats may also cause acne. They produce sebum in your pores that gets clogged as it gets thicker, which in the long run becomes blemish. I’m not saying that you should completely avoid these. Who could avoid CHOCOLATES right? Everything should be in moderation. So my suggestion is for you to discipline yourself to lessen your sugar intake as well as saturated fats. Examples of saturated fat sources are processed meat, seafood, nuts, oil, soybeans and spinach. These are just a few of its sources and it’s definitely impossible to avoid these. So as I said, moderation is the key.

AVOID STRESSING OUT
Studies say that stress aggravates acne. The fact is, cells producing sebum have receptors for stress hormones.

EXERCISE
Releasing sweat flushes out toxins in your body. It is also good for your health. Sauna is a good thing to do to open your pores, sweat and release your toxins, but don’t leave it open or else it will just get worse. You should then close your pores by putting ice, but cold water will do. Remember, the more you sweat, the more dirt and toxins you flush out from your skin.

SLEEP
Sleep decreases your stress. While you sleep its’s the time where your body pump out growth hormones. Think of it like sleep regenerates your body. It builds muscle cells after your workout and also heals your wound. It’s also called the healing and rebuilding time.

EXFOLIATION
Using a gentle scrub helps remove dead skin, which holds on to your acne. In curing your acne, you can always visit the dermatologist for advanced medication, but there are also some home remedy cures.

Blackheads- made up of oil and dead skin cells that when exposed to air, oxidizes and turns to black. The ways to get rid of it is by using a pore strip, putting apple cider and putting baking soda with a little bit of water. These are the ways I’ve already tested that really works for me. I just wanted to share the ones I’ve already tried, but there are other ways out there that I haven’t tried.

Whiteheads- the use of pore strips works with this too, and I feel very happy seeing that those white things stick to it.

Acne Mechanica- based on my experience I only had this when I had bangs and it was all over my forehead. The dirt from my hair irritates my skin so much. So what worked out for me was using an acne ointment containing salicylic acid, which dries those acne out and once dried after days, I just take it out with my fingers.

Cysts- based on my research putting ice works with this kind, but never pop it!

Papules and Pustules- Benzoyl peroxide and Salicylic acid are also remedies for these kinds of acne.

Nodular acne- the use of apple cider by drinking it with a cup of water in the morning helps regulate your body’s pH. Putting apple cider directly to the acne leaving it overnight makes a difference do it every night until it’s gone. Although based on my experience it will sting, but it’s bearable for me. I guess I got used to it.

Acne Conglobata-  a severe form of  acne and it’s a highly inflammatory disease. Medical professionals believe and say that isotretinoin and tretinoin works.

So there you have it! I hope this article can help you get rid of those acne. Share this to your friends to help them out as well.
